Meet Raquel Figueroa and Christian Rosario, the husband & wife team behind Bang Bang Bakehouse - a boozy dessert shop baking premium rum cake with flavors inspired by their favorite cocktails and nostalgic snacks.

The graphic designers turned bakers started Bang Bang in Miami during the 2020 lockdown when they combined their design background with Raquel’s most requested rum cake among her circle of friends. Their Original rum cake is a fresh take on the classic dessert, which is reflected in Bang Bang’s bold yet timeless branding. They packaged the rum cake in individual jars and delivered orders from door-to-door to those treating themselves whether it was a special occasion or not. If 2020 taught us anything, it’s that life should be celebrated more often.

Now based in their Central FL kitchen, Bang Bang continues to be part of everyday celebrations through nationwide shipping, pop-up events and collaborations with local bars and restaurants. Grab a fork and make a toast – around here it’s always happy hour!
