ORDERING AND SHIPPING:

Online ordering is open from Tuesdays - Fridays midnight (or until we sell out). All orders will be shipped on the following MONDAY from the date of purchase via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) or UPS (1-2 Business Days). Make sure you order a week ahead if you want your jars by a specific weekend!

All orders are shipped from Central Florida. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your destination. Please confirm the correct shipping address as we cannot refund due to a delivery error based on an incorrect address. Keep a close eye on tracking and plan to have someone around to accept the delivery of your order to bring the package indoors as soon as possible.

We can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment on the following Monday after your date of purchase, but once we hand off the package to USPS we cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain factors outside of our control such as weather or address issues can delay the delivery of your package. We will be happy to work with you and USPS to resolve any delays that may occur, however, we cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries. 

That being said, we know how important it is for your package to be delivered on time and we  may be able to accommodate in exceptional circumstances. If you are having any issues, please reach out to info@bangbangbakehouse.com so we can find a resolution for you.

HOW DO I STORE MY CAKE JARS?

Eat right away or save some for later. Store jars in a cool dry place for up to 3 days, in the fridge for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 1 month. Let jars come to room temp before eating for the best flavor.

When you’re done, wash and reuse the jars - get creative!

Our Original Rum Cake contains dairy, eggs, wheat and pecans.

CAN I ORDER A BULK AMOUNT FOR AN EVENT OR CORPORATE GIFTS?

Hell yea! We offer large orders (24+ jars) for shipping or local pickup/delivery if you’re in the Central Florida area. Minimum 2 weeks advance notice is required for large orders.
