If you like espresso martinis, you're gonna love our Cortadito Rum Cake! Layers of espresso rum cake soaked with coffee liqueur glaze, toasty salted dark chocolate crumbles and martini foam icing. All packed in reusable jars to eat on the spot, share or save some for later.

• Cutoff time for placing orders is every Friday by midnight or until we sell out for the week. All orders will be shipped on the following Monday from the date of purchase via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days). Make sure you order a week ahead if you want your jars by a specific weekend
• We bake and ship all orders from our kitchen in Central Florida. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on your destination
• Each 10 oz. jar serves 1-2 people
• Every batch from scratch - we bake all orders fresh weekly and flash-freeze them for peak quality. Cake jars are shipped frozen to protect them during transit, so if they're defrosted when you get them it's ok!

For ultimate freshness, store in a cool dry place and eat within 3 days. Keep jars in the fridge or freezer to last even longer, just let them come to room temp before eating for the best flavor.
